Roles and Responsibilities
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with applicants.
Perform screening of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
Assist in scheduling interview slots based on candidate availability.
