Attendance, leave maintenance, and payroll management
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Implement HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Performance Management
Handle statutory compliance (PT, ESIC)
Desired Candidate Profile
0 to 2 Year Experience
Specialization in HR management is a plus
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Ability to Handle full-cycle recruiting
preferable knowledge of labor legislation
Fluent communication skills
Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions
Act as a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for all hiring matters.
