Job description
Design and update job descriptions.
Source potential candidates from various platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, and many more.
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Sourcing and screening candidates via internet job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed many more.
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates and taking interviews to follow up.
Advertise job openings on the company s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events and other activities too.
Coordinate with the team and ensure that all the team members and employees adhere to the company s HR policies.
Administer and conduct the various processes of hiring, training, along with dismissal.
Developing own network of suitable candidates.
Job Requirement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Excel, MS Word & Outlook.
Excellent record keeping.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with social media and job portals especially LinkedIn and Naukri.com.
Proficiency in creating banners and videos via Using Canva
