Job description
Talent Acquisition
Prepare Job Description and competencies with hiring managers.
Sourcing through various job portals, recruitment consultants, referrals, headhunting, screening candidates and conducting initial HR interviews.
Schedule/co-ordinate panels, capture feedback, and close positions.
Complete selection formalities: salary fitment, documentation, background checks.
Issue Offer & Appointment Letters; plan onboarding/induction.
Drive recruitment for Wellesta India as needed.
HR Operations & Payroll
Manage HRIS data; close monthly attendance & leaves; keep record of HR MIS.
Assist in payroll inputs, generate salary slips and Full & Final settlements.
Manage confirmations, appraisals, increment letters, close probation on time.
Employee Relations
Handle employee queries - salary, leave, attendance, PF, etc.
Co-ordinate with agency for statutory compliance such as PF, Profession Tax, etc.
Communicate HR policies and procedures, support grievance handling with confidentiality.
