JOB DETAILS
1) Will be responsible for end to end recruitment as per requirement at the corporate office and manufacturing units.
2) Induction and joining formalities
3) Maintain attendance and leave records of all employees and prepare monthly salary statement
4) Maintain employees record.
5) Performance Management system and bonus disbursal subject to inputs from Director
6) Exit Formalities and interview along with F&F Settlements
7) HR Policy updation on a timely basis
8) Employee engagement activities on regular basis
9) Vendor management and activities related to office administration.
