We are looking to hire an HR Executive responsible for Talent Acquisition and Recruiting. Besides Talent Acquisition, the HR Executive would be responsible for managing other HR functions of the company. This position will report directly and work closely with the CEO and Managing Partner of the company.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Understand and analyse the positions thoroughly and liaise with the stakeholders to define, understand and review the requirements of every vacancy to ensure a focused search process
Map all mandates using multiple / appropriate tools to have a better understanding of the available skill sets / talent in the market
Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example Talent Network, LinkedIn and Social Media websites & source high-caliber candidates from various digital channels
Receive, source and screen applications, manage hiring databases and conduct tests/assignments in collaboration with Partners/ hiring managers to create a shortlist of candidates
Organise interviews with CEO/Partners & request references and checking the suitability of applicants
Work with the Co-Founders directly to define an optimal hiring process for each requirement & manage hiring for niche and specialized expertise
Build and maintain adequate information / data that can help in assessing effectiveness / experience and other relevant recruitment matrices
Managing candidate status, enhance hiring pipeline and communication in our applicant tracking system.
Gain market intelligence by talent mapping and performing competitor analysis
Besides Recruitment, manage the Company's employee appraisal and review process, people management, etc.
What you need to have:
Degree in Human resources or similar relevant field will be preferred
2-3 years of relevant recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience in financial services/Investment Management/KPO/Analytics domain
Experience in outsourcing/off-shoring industry will be an added advantage
Hands on Experience in using LinkedIn Premium recruitment will be an added advantage
Knowledge of search, using multiple tools. Example, job portals, networking sites, cold calling, external vendors, etc.
Ability to multi task and work under tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and adherence to process / policy.
HR analytics and Dashboards
Ability to build relationships and networks with head hunters
