Job description Role & responsibilities 1. Onboarding recruitment consultants for resource (talent) hiring 2. Coordinating with them to ensure the maximum footfall during the interview period 3. Screening shortlisted candidates telephonically and shortlisting the suitable profiles 4. Communicating employer information and benefits to prospective candidates during the screening process 5. Inviting prospective candidates for job interviews through a virtual platform 6. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers based on the available schedule 7. Completing timely reports on employment activity 8. Communicating with the selected candidates and ensuring their smooth joining of the company 9. Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans for new joiners 10. Developing training and development programs 11.
