JOB DETAILS
Managing Recruitment Team:
• Interacting with the technical panel and understanding internal department
requirements, managing recruitments vendors and internal team of recruiters
• Managing short listed candidates, co-ordination, scheduling of
orientation, walk-through the on-boarding process
• Submission of short-listed profiles & scheduling Interviews of the shortlisted
candidates with the relevant Technical Heads of the department
• Salary negotiations, co-ordination with administration team for background checks
Post Recruitment Activities:
• Issuing offer letters and appointment letters to new employees
• Standardized the joining formalities process of new employees
(Welcome circular, Introduction, Emp Code, ID Cards, Stationary, Bank
Account, Reference check, ESS, Time Sheet etc)
• Conducting Induction of the new employees to make them aware of the
organization policies, procedures, facilitating their interaction with
functional heads of the different departments.
Employee Engagement Activities:
• Celebrating various events like (Ganpati Utsav, Diwali, Employees
Birthday, Outdoor trips etc.)
• Handling various issues/queries related to various HR departments.
• Maintaining Labor records
• Taking care of PA and Medic Liam List
Appraisals & Policy Implementation:
• Keeping records of employee's status change i.e. Confirmation,
Probation and ensuring completion of documents as per policy
• Maintain Appraisal Details (Half Day, Leave day, late days, productivity
etc.) and forwarding it to the HOD for the further procedure
