JOB DETAILS
· Assist implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with employment laws and regulations
· Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews
· Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
· Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans
· Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy laws
· Resolve employee relations issues and handle employee grievances
· Develop and deliver employee training programs on topics such as diversity and inclusion, sexual harassment prevention, and leadership development
· Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations
· Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
· Organize and maintain documents, files, and records, ensuring accurate and timely retrieval of information.
· Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
· Liaise with other departments and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
