Job description
Job Title: Human Resources Executive (Contractual)
Location: Mumbai Lower Parel
Contract Duration: 6 months to 1 year
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive on a contractual basis to support our Human Resources function. The role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition along with key HR Generalist activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
Maintain candidate database and ensure timely updates
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
HR Generalist Activities:
Assist in onboarding and induction of new hires
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support in attendance and leave management
Handle employee queries and provide HR support
Assist in HR operations, engagement activities, and policy implementation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in HR (TA + Generalist) preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and policies
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
