Control early attrition and voluntary attrition in the allocated centres
New joiner engagement- Plan and Execute Nesting Planner for New joiner assimilation, engagement and Retention
Strengthen business productivity by working closely managers and business leaders to track and control absenteeism
Connecting with employees establishing rapport, driving Policy awareness, handle grievances and any other employee concerns on the ground
Plan & Execute various employee engagement activities
Work with line managers and employees to manage and resolve address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigation
Evaluate potential employee challenges to change initiatives and have proactive approaches to enhance adoption
Create multiple and innovative channels and mechanisms to understand and act on the pulse of employees
Be an active mentor and coach for regional leaders/managers on people management challenges
Create and implement a framework to provide daily and regular guidance to people managers on various people issues
Enable leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and to foster a positive work environment
Publish daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and insights to business and HR leads, stakeholders on various topics ( e.g centre insights, attrition, engagement etc)
Identify training needs for teams and individuals. Evaluate training programs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Asst. Manager: 1-2 years of experience and Manager - 2+ years of experience. MBA in HR is mandatory from Tier 2 or 3 Institutes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities at the same time
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organizations hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
Proficient with Google sheets, powerpoint /MS Office
