The HR Associate will report to the Sr. HR Manager and help with implementation of HR policies and processes across a new site for Medtronic. A Day in the Life Reporting to the Senior Human Resource Manager, you will be joining a small HR team for the wider Diabetes organization. In this role you will be responsible for developing tools and templates to enhance the employee experience. The role will be a key partner in our operating model with our HR Centers of Expertise and Shared Services to ensure a smooth transfer of work and continuous improvement and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities: Supports the Senior HR Generalist with various HR activities and ad-hoc project work, to enable successful delivery of our HR strategic priorities and EVP. Supports HRBO (shared services) in the creation and review of all Employment Contracts. Act as a coordinator and lead for Minimed employee onboarding from offer to start of employment. Act as coordinator and lead for Minimed HR Team to ASKHR (shared services) including any new process, system, tools that support employees. Preparation of Ad hoc reports from Workday to support the HR function. Provide centralized human resource services spanning payroll, benefits, and other transactions. Acts as point of contact for internal projects (cross functional) that need to be more efficient and effective. Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans in collaboration with Total Rewards. Support the Talent Management initiatives in India in collaboration with Talent Management COE Support training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs in collaboration with L&D. Minimum Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is required for this role. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.
