JOB DETAILS
The role holder will be responsible for:
- Business Partnering some of the teams / functions in the organization
- Developing ER strategy and providing ER guidance to the company (Union Handling experience is a must)
Business Partnering
- Responsible for execution of all employee life cycle processes for specific teams / functions (e.g. creation of JDs, fill rate at the end of each month, onboarding experience, PMS, ACR, IDP Creation, HRIS data quality, F&F etc.)
- Responsible for budget / overheads management for the
- Responsible for employee engagement / Attrition targets
- Partner with business on building solutions (e.g. changes in structure and roles, organization design, incentive schemes etc.) in order to drive higher business performance
- Drive employee engagement initiatives in respective teams / functions
- Timely resolution of grievance / values / POSH complaints
Employee Relations
- Develop ER strategy to ensure no impact on the company's Freedom to Act- in any store or warehouse
- Develop ER strategy to reduce / eliminate influence of unions in key stores in Mumbai and Kolkata
- Review existing protocols and practices on management of ER Cases
- Ensure weekly tracking of all open ER cases along with Regional SPOCs
- Lead POSH and Values related enquiries and ensure compliance as per policy
- Review all Labor and S&E compliance reports monthly and build mitigation / action plan
- Proactively identify risks / changes in regulations which will impact business and discuss mitigation plan
- Build ER knowledge and skills in HR team, through training and certification.
