JOB DETAILS
Develops professional relationship with employees and HR team.
Respond to internal and external HR related inquires or requests and provide assistanceaccordingly.
Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of theteam.
Maintain records of personnel-related data and ensure all employment relatedrequirements are met
Assist with the administration of employee life cycle to comply with local legislativerequirement and divisional standards, including but not limited to:
o Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, arranging / conducting interviews,
conducting reference checks, administering employment tests where applicable
o Coordinating on-boarding process
o Coordinating job related changes and required paperwork, e.g. promotions andtransfers
o Coordinating exit process
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, participates in special projects, committees, meeting andclient presentations as required. Maintain teams agenda.
Coordinate the implementation of HR policies and processes for respective locations,participate in local and divisional HR projects
Support other functions as assigned
Lead the Internal Events - Cultural committee.
Handle payroll and benefits activity through outsourced vendor.
o Processing monthly payroll working with the outsourced vendor
o Coordinate with Finance for funds, reconciliation and audits.
o New joiner and exit details to be entered and shared with the vendor on timelybasis.
o Maintain salary payment deadlines.
o Resolving salary queries
o Handling and maintaining all payroll records related to statutory compliance andreporting.
o Maintaining all Labor statutory compliance requirements and facilitating audits
o Handling benefit related tasks of addition/deletion upon new joiner and exits,
claims resolution and working with insurance broker on sorting on employeequeries and concerns.
