JOB DETAILS
· Foster Amazon's customer-centric culture through partnering with operations leaders to build and foster a culture of associate engagement, customer centricity and ownership
· Use influence and coaching skills to cultivate a culture that reflects the values and principles of the organization
· Assess leadership and employee development training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate
· Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
· Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee experience, performance, and retention
· Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.
· Effectively engage, partner and consult with recruiting partners to meet the talent acquisition needs for the organization; support the continued development talent assessment skills within the organization - ensuring a commitment to finding, growing and retaining talent
· Assess leadership and employee development training needs and provide solutions as appropriate
· Provide leadership, work collaboratively with cross-functional global teams, and consult effectively and independently with all levels across the organization
· Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling
