JOB DETAILS
Ensure accurate and timely processing of Offboarding / LOA & FWA for APAC & EMEA locations,
Co-ordinate with various stakeholders for inputs/documents to ensure deliverables are met.
Follow agreed SOP in day to day operations and look for ways of improving processes
Identify / lead / encourage process improvement opportunities
Be a subject matter expert and responding to queries.
Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
Escalate issues in a timely and effective manner
Handling External and Internal Audits
Ownership of process, knowledge documents, and team performance and development
Work in partnership with other functional teams & location to meet organizational objective
Preparation of metrics of the team - internal
Lead in process training to develop the team and create effective back ups
Should be flexible to adapt changes and works well in teams
Qualifications
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Strong ability to think creatively, identify alternatives and navigate in systems and networking to resolve issues
Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in style
Comfortable handling large amounts of confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basis
Strong analytical skills; detail oriented. An expert with MS Excel - formulae and functionality to handle large data
Promotes partnership by fostering trust and teamwork across teams, businesses, functions, regions, and levels.
Must be able to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships.
Bachelor's degree in any field required
Minimum 5 to 6 years of work experience
