JOB DETAILS              
Lead all Culinary Activity at the Delivery Kitchens by ensuring highest quality of food served to the customers Responsible for Training the Delivery Kitchen Team for the Final Regeneration and Assembly Process of Food Products from all the Categories including Indian, Continental, Oriental, Shakes and Desserts Team Training co ordination with all the Delivery Kitchens under His / Her Area Training Assessment of Team at the Delivery Kitchens KRA Collaborate with R&D Chefs at the R&D Kitchen to understand the Products and Products Lines Collaborate with Quality Team to understand the guidelines for Food Storage and Usage in terms of Temperature Controls, Handling, Cleanliness and other Hygiene Requirements Prepare the Regeneration, Assembly SOPs and Packing SOPs of the Products and Product Lines for all the Categories Prepare Process work flow for the Delivery Kitchens in order to simplify the Overall Departmental Operational process at the Delivery Kitchens Initiate and Setup of the New Delivery Kitchens in lines of Frozen Food Storage, Segregation, and Managing the Setup of food Thawing and Usage Train the team on Usage of Equipments and Cleanliness Understand the Quality Analysis of Final Food Products served to the Customers and Train the Team Members to follow the Guidelines Co Ordinate with Internal Photographers and prepare the Training Videos for the Delivery Kitchens. Prepare Training Schedules for Team Training at the Delivery Kitchens Conduct Training Sessions at Delivery Kitchens for all the products as per Guide lines specified by R&D Team Conduct Training Assessments on the Training done at the delivery kitchen Conduct Training Audits at the Delivery kitchens for the Products Assembly, regeneration and packaging for all the products Conduct periodical equipment testing at the delivery kitchens and escalate the issues to operations Team in Timely manner Prepare and document all training activities and pass on the reports to the Central Team on Weekly and Monthly Basis Identify and suggest ideas for Faster and effective ways to assemble / regenerate the food as per our guidelines Skills Required Experience with Multi Cuisine food preparation Creative and innovative thinking Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Ability to travel and work remotely Ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet deadlines Capacity to grasp concepts easily
