Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Trainee who is enthusiastic about building a career in Recruitment and Offer Documentation. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in hiring processes and backend HR operations related to candidate onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment-related activities, including coordination with hiring managers and screening candidates.
Prepare offer letters, ensuring accuracy in details like salary, benefits, job description, and joining date.
Maintain organized and secure documentation of offers, background checks, and candidate communication.
Ensure compliance of documentation with legal and organizational standards.
Enter and update candidate and employee data in HR systems with a high level of accuracy.
Communicate professionally with internal teams, candidates, and external stakeholders regarding offer and onboarding processes.
Support the onboarding team by providing documentation to new joiners.
Conduct verification checks by contacting relevant external resources.
Handle document storage, retrieval, and audit preparation.
Review offer-related documents for accuracy and completeness.

Familiar with basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
