Job Description:Duties/Responsibilities: • Serves as the liaison and spokesperson for the Employee experience team, providing collaborative guidance and advice on integrated communication strategies to build employee morale, productivity, retention, and policy compliance. • Identifies ways to improve operational efficiency, Routes stakeholder questions to the appropriate area. • Employs standard operating procedures and policies when performing HR transactions (end t to closure of critical transactions as guided by the EX Managers) • Executes day to day transactions with minimal errors, which can be but not limited to sharing daily trackers, managing exits, closing employee queries, analyzing reports, surveys. • Uses Relevant HR technology systems for administrative and service needs. • Work with EX Manager & BUs to ensure Individual development plans & career paths are in place. Conduct/Audit regular performance driven assessments & develop actions (by doing engaging one to one conversations and maintain RAG analysis in consultation with EX manager) • Conduct PIP or performance related conversations & follow compliance with complete documentation. • Regular performance reviews supporting managers (ensuring regular skip meetings is conducted and necessary analysis being prepared in consultation) • Documentation of disciplinary actions and maintaining various trackers for annual audit • Implements, conducts, facilitates, and/or analyzes results of employee morale and retention initiatives such as incentive programs, stay interviews, career development meetings, employee surveys, and exit interviews. • Promotes and attends special events and functions; promotes and reports on corporate milestones and activities such as company goals and projects; new products or services; community service activities; and new hires, promotions etc • Demonstrate willingness to learn. Performs other related duties as assigned.
