Roles and Responsibilities
Scheduling the candidates for interviews with the concerned HODs
Setting up job descriptions, joining letters and salary negotiations of the candidates and creating employee codes.
Facilitate employee joining, induction, confirmations and transfers.
Coordinates the implementation of recruitment advertising.
Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
Evaluates and adjudicates pre-employment background checks.
Identifies and develops sources for qualified candidates by establishing relationships with recruiting consultancies, paramedical colleges etc.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Responsible for carrying out employee engagement activities in co-ordination with management.
To work with internal team in rolling out key HR Interventions
Ensures smooth functioning of all administrative activities including maintenance of HR records (keeping past and current records).
Responsible for maintaining employees personnel files as per NABH standards.
