JOB DETAILS              
Role Objective Responsible for developing, implementing and testing HR process automation and ensures that HR tools & ERP provide positive end user experience. Also responsible for HR Administration and workflow management through ERP and tracking SLA adherence of key processes. Supporting HR Technology Lead in organization wide projects to drive efficiency, compliance and process effectiveness. HR Automation Work closely with IT Apps team on End to end HR Portal Enhancements and Integration. Conduct comprehensive testing & ensure that agreed workflow & logics are met To plan and execute demos for internal & external stakeholders To prepare comprehensive and simplified communication packs, SOP & FAQs for better business understanding To ensure that there are no major deviations / bugs identified post launch. HR Portal Compliance Audits ERP Management Understanding of ERP configurations and workflows like Workday. Manage employee database in ERP accurately Liaise with Group Systems for any new enhancements in ERP or issue resolution Liaise with the payroll team on HR specific inputs to ensure seamless payroll processing for all employees in the organization Work on key HR interfaces between ERP and other HR/non-HR applications. HR Workflow Administration Managing HRAS volumes and ensuring SLA adherence for all the work queues like employee ID creation, Leavers, Process Transfers, miscellaneous letters, reference checks etc. Managing queries pertaining to all HR Applications, HR Processes, and adhering to the SLA on resolution. Share reports requirements (MBR, MOB, UK Reports etc.) as per agreed timelines. Special Projects Workday Implementation for India Support C&B and Business Change team on any new projects/transition
