Job Description
The role will help to identify areas of improvement where possible and work in close liaison with SAP and/or PoIT (technology service partners).
Critical focus of the role will be to closely program/project manage the deliverables & SAP/technical service providers proactively and in a timely manner, so as to help adhere to the overall group s project timelines, implementation of changes and the execution. This is a people manager role & will report into Group HR Shared Services Director & is part of the HR Shared services team.
Key Responsibilities
-Be the "Primary Face" of Vistra Group HR in representation of SAP HCM suite s technical specs/aspects to the 3rd party vendor/service provider.
-Partnering with HR Leadership, business process owners to support the configuration, maintenance, operation and ongoing system administration of our SAP Success Factors system & ensure that adherence to organizational processes, policies and guidelines are taken care of.
-Perform functional and technical consulting as well as program manage and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite as a Platform owner
-Work with SAP SuccessFactors and/or 3rd party providers to keep up-to-date on the system release specifications, managing system changes and communicating updates to impacted stakeholders and/or business process owners
-Create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation for each release as appropriate.
-Responsible for designing, building and testing end to end integrations between SAP Success factor and any internal applications and support data transformation activities for data migration and system integration
-Strong ownership and liaison with SAP/PoIT to help resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes, and/or enhancements; responsible to approve financials from HR side in close collaboration with HR SLT.
-Conduct regular timely meetings with HR teams/3rd party vendors as appropriate and help produce statements of work
-Ensuring that all standards and processes are adhered to for any deliverables produced Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to the target audience as needed Perform regular system monitoring & communicate planned systems downtimes as appropriate
Relevant Experience & Skills
-He/she should have around 7- 8 years of experience in SAP Success Factors and program managing companywide HR technology projects. Experience with at least two full-cycle large enterprise level Success Factors implementation would be a plus.
-Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
-Must have strong understanding of API/ODATA Integration & experience in Object oriented ABAP like Class/ methods would be preferred.
-Should have working experience in SAP HCM in areas like Personnel Administration, Payroll module, Recruitment, On boarding, EC, PMGM, Compensation, Time Off, Succession Planning, L SAP certification in HCM suite will be a plus.
-Know implementation and testing of Success factors integration with any external/Local country applications, Building and managing integrations using SAP Success factors Integration centre, SFAPIs / -SF Extension Center is a must
-Hands on experience in Data Migration from Legacy to Success Factors system Experience in understanding complex reports for Success Factors modules using advanced reporting would be needed. -Hands on experience in EC Data Models Customization, Associations and Workflows, Employee Central implementation, In-depth exposure of the Success Factor implementation cycle including Documentation, Configuration and end user training.
-Well versed in business analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, implementation and post implementation support, technical and functional specifications.
-Expertise in workflow configuration settings and approval process
-Person should bring in expertise to improve SAP SF process and highlight risk areas of any ongoing development
-He/she should be a self-starter ready to learn new things and proactively contribute towards team & self-development
-Able to guide and manage the system admin role and take ownership of his/her performance and career development
Professional Qualifications
A relevant full time master s degree preferred in Computer Science/BE/B.Tech/MCA preferred.
