Job Summary :
In this role, you will be responsible for Non-Tech and mid senior hiring. To be successful you must be able to lead the team of recruiters, and meet Ops/business expectations by prioritizing, and closing positions within the set timelines.
Essential Job Tasks :
- You will design and implement a recruitment strategy to achieve the annual hiring plan, that gives importance to the quality of hires, meets stakeholder expectations, and set the best market practices within the talent acquisition teams. It is essential to keep the values of Swiggy in mind and inculcate these in the personnel hired for the company;
- Lead a team of recruiters to deliver results across functions, while effectively communicating all important facets of hiring plans with the business.
- Collaborate with, manage and influence relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR business partners, leadership team, compensation and finance teams to ensure that the overall talent acquisition objects are met.

It would be essential for you to nurture a data-centered, metric driven team, that focuses on performance. If you can come up with ideas to develop and improve our current talent acquisition process by implementing creative sourcing strategies, fine tuning standard recruiting processes in Swiggy, or mentoring our talent acquisition team here, then we would love to hear your suggestions and implement the same!
- You will be designing the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and monitor to constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process;
- Build a qualitative relationship with the external recruitment vendors;
- Conduct job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization);
- Act as a single point of contact for all managers (stakeholders/Hiring Manager) and be an expert in all recruitment related topics.
Desired skills and experience :
- 6-8 years of combined experience in internal recruiting, executive search and/or consulting with demonstrated success in building, leading or managing teams of high-performing individuals;
- Proven leadership with a vision and strategies for talent acquisition in a fast-paced organization;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends. Create data capture mechanisms, interpret data, and lead teams to appropriate actions based on data interpretations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships with team as well as business and external stake holders;
- Ample experience in Excel would be a plus point;
