1. Comply with the interview and the hiring process.
2. Working closely with the Recruiters on various hiring requirements.
3. Understand the profile requirements in detail and identify the right talent pool based on the market mapping (target companies, experience, domain etc.).
4. Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy, effectively utilizing the appropriate direct channel, Social Media, Campus tie ups, Job Boards, Indirect referrals etc. as and when applicable.
5. Work on historical data to identify trends and plan on hiring and sourcing of candidates.
6. Conduct a competency based telephonic assessment to identify the right fit.
7. Work closely with business to remove bottleneck on the hiring process.
8. Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
9. Fill positions within the timelines.
10. Build a connect with offered candidates to provide the best candidate experience with a focus on final Joining
