This person will have over 6 years experience in Recruitments and will have done extensive bulk and lateral hirings for sales. Industries that the ideal candidate would come from will be Insurance, Telecom, E-Commerce, Call Centres, etc. Few key requirements: Should be an excellent communicator, a go getter attitude, and should be open to working extended hours.
