Lead - Talent Acquisition - BFSI (8-12 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and executing Recruiting Plans by innovative and effective use of social media.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
- Utilize social media / internet for recruitment
- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources
- Improve company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Research new ways of using the Internet / social media for recruitment
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Create job descriptions
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
- Lead a team of Recruiters
Education & Experience
- MBA in HR from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Colleges
- 8 - 12 years of experience.
