Demonstrated acumen in developing new employees, retaining current employees and attracting highly skilled employees to work for the company.
Hands on experience in co-ordination with an objective to keep things similar across locations.
Highly organized professional with ability to handle complex tasks / situations.
An effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal & relationship management skills and experience in training and development of the subordinates.
