JOB DETAILS              
1) Source for top-class talent using both - traditional and creative recruiting - methods. 2) Leverage recruiting sources including online, networking, and headhunting/cold calling/mapping of contacts to help identify qualified candidates. 3) Maintain proper procedures with our in-house Applicant Tracking System to track and record all candidates and requisitions. You will also be the custodian for the Talent Acquisition team's Internal Recruitment Satisfaction Survey. 4) Create and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and various professional organizations to attract and recruit passive candidates, alumni and diverse candidates. 5) Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, work experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements to make shortlisting decisions. 6) Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about Packt and our job roles. 7) Make outgoing candidate calls to screen candidates, and qualify the relevant ones by conducting detailed first round telephonic and personal interviews. Create and present pre-screening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval. 8) Manage and coordinate all official communication with candidates. 9) Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates. 10) Extend offers of employment and salaries to selected candidates within the guidelines of Packt's compensation policy. 11) Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager's interactions, and other recruiting activities in compliance with company standards. 12) Work cooperatively with all members of the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement hiring plans and activities. 13) Treat all candidates with respect, ever mindful of word-of-mouth PR for the company, keeping a positive employer brand for Packt. 14) Assist the Talent Acquisition team with campus recruitment activities. 15) Assist the Talent Acquisition partner with Management Reporting. 16) Ensure qualitative completion of above & other projects assigned from time to time by the Talent Acquisition Partner, as per agreed timelines.
