Job title : Human Resources Recruitments Work timings : 10am-7pm Working Days : 5 days Location : Mumbai Crimson Interactive is looking for an in-house recruiter,who is smart and versatile and works with a positive attitude. The said recruiter would have to handle requisitions cross company level from freshers to department heads. Handle offer discussions, issuing appointment letters etc. Job Description Major Responsibilities Recruitment o Coordinating with team heads on manpower requirements o Formulating recruitment strategy based on targets (online, campus recruitment, agencies, etc. o Framing the job descriptions along with various functional heads o Posting the job description on various job portals o Initial short listing of profiles and subsequent telephonic and face-to-face interview to understand the candidate needs and accordingly match with the job requirements in hand, making the candidates go through the interview process, finalizing the offer, issuing appointment letters and following up till the candidate joins o Mapping and Documenting of all processes related to the recruitment function o Perform reference checks on potential employees Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required o Postgraduate in HR or graduate with relevant experience o Relevant experience: 0-2 years handling Recruitments o Excellent in MS - Excel and PowerPoint o Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written is a must o Resourceful o Should be a resident of Western suburbs o Should be willing to work on flexible/extended timings Contact Tyson Dsouza Cell : +91-7021068567 Phone: +91-22-61935077 Email: tyson.dsouza@crimsoni.com About Crimson Interactive Pvt.
