1. Responsible for sourcing candidates as and when the requirement arises.
2. Ensure proper induction of new joinees documentation and maintenance of personal file.
3. Prepare MIS data as required by the Zonal team and CO team.
4. Plan and implement employee engagement activities.
5. Handling biometric registrations/xitix portal
6. ID card issuance
7. Liasioning with vendors for Police Verifications
8. Conducting Back Ground Verifications for employees
9. HR Operations- Attendance , Payroll, Leave Balance, Performance Appraisal & Exit formalities.
10. Good in excel & related formulas.
