HR Specialist - Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Pensions Governance

Meaningful work from Day One:
As a HR Specialist, in this position, you will oversee the payroll execution and governance for one P&G legal entity. You will also manage the pensions governance (PF/Gratuity trusts) and help design the processes around the employee life cycle events like onboarding, exit process and overall record management.

Overseeing pensions governance
Leading on the ground payroll & benefits administration governance processes
Managing & maintaining employee records & onboarding processes
Setting up retirals & tax processes
Ongoing governance of payroll trust fund management
Building the capability of the services organisation on benefits & policies administration
Maintaining governance checks on policies delivery
Ensuring accuracy of payroll delivery & resolution of issues as they arise
Managing the Exit process

Qualifications
We are looking for people who:
Have a Bachelors or Masters/MBA with a concentration in HR or a related area.
Have 5+ years of experience in the area of HR Operations, Pensions & Retiree Management, Payroll operations, or shared services.
