Job description
Qualification: Master’s degree in HR Management.
Experience: 4 - 6 years (Actual) in an IT company
Timing:9AM to 6PM (Monday to Saturday)
Commitment: Two Years.
Salary: Best in the industry / Not a constraint for the right candidates.

•Ability to manage HR functions.
•Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruitment (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
•Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
•Must have experience in hiring all levels of technical candidates.
•Preparing job offer emails and employment offer contracts.
•Payroll Management.
•Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Develop and administer all HR plans, policies, processes, programs, activities, forms, agreements and systems.
•Implement and maintain company organization structure, levels, roles, responsibilities, position definitions, KRAs and compensation schemes.
