Promote an environment of positive employee relations, maintaining confidentiality, establishing trust and credibility; seen by employees as approachable and fair. Roles and Responsibilities RECRUITMENT 1. Manpower planning along with the leadership team. 2. Defining the job descriptions as per requirement and any changes in the role. 3. Defining the hiring process and various sources used (newspapers ad, employee referral, social media platforms, rehiring interested ex employees) 4. Undertake duties associated with the sourcing, screening (resumes and telephonic round) 5. HR interview and selection of staff for further rounds 6. Job Application and task completion and collection from the candidate 7. Jotting down HR interview notes and sharing the shortlisted candidates data inclusive of their resume, job application form and task answers. 8. Coordinating and arranging interview and demo schedules with various business heads and teams. 9. Salary approvals from HR head and Program heads for candidates shortlisted to be offered. 10. Reference and health checks of the candidates 11. Release of offer letter and other documents to be submitted by the candidate 12. Salary negotiations 13. Maintaining the resumes and trackers ONBOARDING 1. HR Presentation and orientation 2. Prior requisition and provision of laptop from IT 3. Assigning Neev Employee ID 4. RFID configuration 5. Creation of Neev Email ID 6. Document collection and file creation and maintenance for HR and BGV purpose 7. Drafting Introduction email to the team. 8. Linking the UAN. CONFIRMATION 1. Manual tracking of confirmation dates for employees on probation 2. Email feedback and approval from the reporting head for the staff to be confirmed 3. Salary approval i.e. increments if any. 4. Creating and handing of confirmation letter to staff 5. Timely follow up for filing the copy of the signed confirmation letter 6. Updating the salary sheet at month end MANAGING DATABASE 1. Assumes responsibility for effectively recording, maintaining, and updating human resource information (HRIS) excel sheet on server and its fields 2. Maintain records across platforms and ERPs. 3. Providing variety of analytical data to various stakeholders as when required or on routine basis 4. Providing inputs for budget (TRAINING) 1. Coordinate all activities with regards to internal or external training at Neev and to be the liaison between the schools, the trainers and the trainees. 2. Creation of training agreements per the training opted or signed up by employee from school (POLICIES) 1. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. 2. Publishing of approved policy document to business unit 3. HR policy presentations to new employees and old employees with changes each year. (CALENDAR) 1. Taking inputs from business leaders on mandatory working days and Saturdays 2. Maintain the business unit calendar 3. Defining and matching the number of working days, breaks, holidays for academic and non academic teams. 4. Publishing of approved calendar to business unit (ATTENDANCE AND PAYROLL) 1. Monthly entry of leave and attendance records of each employee in salary pay pack (SARAL) 2. Downloading and reconciling reports on leave and attendance from Mantra 3. Ensure the monthly Payroll data for the process is sent to the Accounts team. EXIT 1. Ensuring resignation acceptance from the reporting head 2. Drafting resignation process email with the process and sharing with the resigned employees 3. Collecting and submitting the clearance form to accounts team 4. Ensuring email id is deactivated on last day 5. Ensuring the clearance form is submitted with approvals from relevant departments 6. Collection of FFS from accounts 7. Creation of relieving letter 8. Closure of file.
