Job title: HR Senior Executive/Asst Manager
Reporting to: Managing Director
Salary: (Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 Per month)
Hours: (8.30 AM to 5.30 PM on weekdays and 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM on Saturdays)
Location: (Malleshwaram, Bangalore)
HR Senior Executive/Asst Manager Job Responsibilities:
HR Senior Executive/Asst Manager is responsible to performs tasks mentioned below: -
• Sourcing candidates through Portal, Headhunting, Social, Media, Employee Referrals, and Consultancy.
• Screening, shortlisting, scheduling Face to Face Interviews
• Salary fitment exercise, Rolling of offer letters, Orientation & Induction
• Draft JD for open positions, draft mass emails, manage postings on Naukri.Com/Monster and other job sites, monitor responses, and keep track of all the responses.
• Recruitment process Compliance, Recruitment Strategy, Talent Mapping & Vendor Management.
• Designing and implementing screening tests for shortlisted candidates with right skill set and attitude.
• Conducting exit interviews.
