As a Campus Recruiter Assistant, you will play a vital role supporting activities required to successfully hire top talent. Using good judgment and leveraging company best practices, you will manage complex interview requests across multiple locations, recruiting events, line of business and time zones. The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail and equally important.
Key Responsibilities
In addition, in this role you will:
Managing Recruitment Logistics
Receive requests from recruiters to schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring managers
Contact hiring managers, recruiters and candidates via email, phone, or scheduling tool to arrange
Arrange candidate travel within JPMC guidelines
Send confirmation emails once interview date and time have been established
Reschedule interview dates/times as need arises
Ensure external candidates going through the pre-screening process have completed their applications and if not, take appropriate follow-up steps
Ensure that data integrity is monitored and maintained within all tools leveraged
Run standard daily, weekly, monthly recruiting and audit reports
Compile various reports to determine and track trends
Process vendor invoices via Concur, including setting up new vendors within the Accounts Payable systems
Review invoices for completeness and accuracy prior to processing
Process, resolve and reconcile candidate expenses
Reconcile Corporate credit card expenses related to candidate travel
Record and track performance metrics related to core work activities on a weekly basis
Work closely and collaboratively with global counterparts to ensure consistency in process and quality of work
Support various projects and recruiting-related efforts as needed
Offer Review:
Receive notifications that offer letters or Offer Panels have been completed for a new hire
Check offer letters for accuracy, or create offer letters using appropriate line of business template
Notify recruiter that the letter is ready to be delivered to the hire, or that letter needs to be reviewed
Ensure that data integrity is monitored and maintained within all tools leveraged
Run standard daily, weekly, monthly recruiting and audit reports
Compile various reports to determine track trends

Minimum Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role or a support role for HR, business or compliance is preferred
Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment where work tasks vary and processes are changing
Issue follow-up and timely resolution
Taleo Recruiting Center experience preferred
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, formulas; advanced PowerPoint skills
Report/Project Analyst skills preferred
Note : Employee will be required to do EMEA shifts .
