JOB DETAILS
Searching of in-house databases and job boards to source candidates;
Creating requisitions on database and managing the portfolios of all new and existing personnel.
Building internal relationships with key stakeholders such as operations, HR, government relations and functions
Screening of candidates to assess their current situation and suitability for roles prior to sending of resumes via email;
Tracking candidates through the recruitment and on-boarding process
Liaising with global recruitment team and workforce planning team to ensure we attract internal resources for projects
Running reports as and when required in a timely manner;
Other duties as may be directed from time to time.
