JOB DETAILS
Payroll Handling:
o Timely submission of salary input for employees
o Maintaining and presenting MIS
o Keeping track on the attendance, shifts followed by employees and providing attendance related reports for the required Supervisor/Manager, to ensure further leave management
OT tracking and reporting, leading to 5% reduction in OT cost from previous year
o Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation and OT i.e. pulling data from biometrics.
o Attendance checking from the pulled data.
o Drafting notice & letters for employees and communicating.
Operations
o On- Boarding and off boarding
o PF Transfer ( Transfer In /Transfer Out / PF Loan)
o Employee data management
o Drafting different Letters like Appointment Letter, Offer Letter, Visa Letter, etc.
o Employee File Management
Admin Management:
o Canteen services Management
o Enabling employee engagement
o Preparing certificates, Banners, Birthday Presentations, etc.
o Representing HR in the internal Gemba rounds pertaining to Admin block and external areas
o Coordinating with trainers basis the internal training calendar & requirement and Ensuring participation for the training
o Planning and arranging for outdoor visits and activities
o Tracking employees wise training and Issuing Training Certificates after completion of training
o Maintaining Contractors MIS
