Roles and Responsibilities
Understanding the client requirements.
Sourcing candidates from the Database and Job portals like, Naukri, Quikr
Scrutinizing, screening and short listing resumes based on specific criteria, skills, platforms, qualifications and relevant experience.
Have to make call to eligible candidates
Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization Interacting/e-mailing to the screened/short listed candidates and checking their interest availability
Scheduling technical/final interviews with the team lead and follow up on the feedback.
Coordinating with the team lead for interviews of short listed candidates, facilitating, following up
Keeping a systematic record of the candidates who had attended the interview
Negotiating the rates/salary Package with the candidates.
Creating reports on daily, weekly, monthly needs. Closing the positions
