Roles and Responsibilities
1. Hiring new employees through consultants & portals
2. Manage - joining and exit formalities
3. Employee Engagement and Training Workshops (if & when required)
4. Company Policies implementation (as & when required)
5. Performance evaluation
Tasks & Activities -
Hiring new employees:
- For helpers, office boys and packing staff walk-ins interview as and when required
- Tie up with new consultants - Sharing JDs with consultants & co-ordinate with consultants
- Hiring through portals, employee reference
- Screening the candidates for the role - Co-ordinate & schedule for further rounds with respective department heads
- If 3rd round is required then involve the founders - Post-interview close on with the salary negotiations
- Provide offer letter on joining and complete exit formalities
Manage Joining & Exit formalities:
- When a new employee joins create their orientation plan in sync with HODs
- Provide information about the company policies
- Provide access to all types of training material and videos about the organization
- Create their profile and employee ids, their email accounts and assets list if any laptop/Mobile/sim is given
- If any employee wishes to exit, a replacement is to be hired. Exit formalities with exit interviews are to be conducted and no dues certificate is prepared
- all company assets are recovered from the employee at the time of exit
Employee Engagement and Training Workshops: (if required)
- Training workshops to be conducted once a week
- Employee engagement programs to be conducted
- Employee recognition and Reward programs
Company Policy Implementation
- Ensuring the organization's culture is followed
- All types of company policies are implemented and followed
Performance evaluation
- Based on the monthly review meetings
- Based on the 360 feedback system shared by all employees for each other every 45 days
- Based on the feedback shared by Founders in previous meets
Measurement Metrics
- Salaries Budget allocated vs used
- Attrition rate per quarter/month
- Employee Happiness Index
- Employee Termination Rate
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Good Communication Skills
