Roles and Responsibilities
Job Title:HR Recruitment Executive
Department:HR
Location :BKC, Mumbai
Duration : 6 Months Contractual Basis
Job Role:
Ensure smooth and effective execution of HR functions related to recruitment and documentation.
Essential Duties:
1.Sourcing:
Exposure of sourcing channels like job portals/consultants/campus hire etc.
Coordinating with consultants regarding the job opening
Downloading resumes from job portals.
2.Screening:
Experience of the screening process, short listing resumes as per the requirement criteria and job specifications.
3.Interviewing:
Expertise in conducting and coordinating interviews to identify right person for the job.
Experience in recruiting employees
4.Offer & Appointment Letter:
Experience in salary negotiation & offer process to get the candidate on board
Making the employment-related letters i.e. Offer letter, Employment letter etc.
Explaining the Background verification process to candidates
Joining formalities of new joiners, filling forms etc.
5.Onboarding Activities:
Assisting for employee pre-joining experience program
Buddy Program.

6.MIS:
Expertise in Data Management and Report Making
Any other activity/task assigned by senior personnel
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Work Experience
Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience specializing in Recruitment, especially bulk-hiring is required.
