Experience: 2- 5 Years in Recruitment / HR Operations
TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE / RECRUITER:
Sourcing, screening and searching candidates from various job portals.
Posting jobs on various portals & sourcing profiles from social media.
Maintenance of active database/ MIS of eligible candidates for ready reference.
Taking initial interviews and shortlisting candidates, arranging skype interview, sharing profiles with respective HOD's
Should have Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Staffing & closing the positions within TAT
HR EXECUTIVE:
Responsible for defining and driving the HR practices of a growing firm.
Must work well in a team-oriented environment and work closely with the admin as well as independently. Coordinate and handle other HR initiatives whenever required.
Maintenance of employee personnel files and records.
Work closely to understand organizational and operational challenges.
Coordinate the recruitment efforts when needed.
Responsible to ensure timely & accurate processing and submission of employee payroll inputs to Administrative Office for timely processing.
Produce Offer letters, employee letters/addendum/contract as applicable
Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed and maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance.
To ensure compliance of PF and ensure timely submission of form to A.O
Regular tracking & recording of Leave & Attendance as well as resolve queries on day to day basis
Partner with other HR functions to understand and deliver on their data needs: from standard reporting, data analysis, and data presentation
Develop standard and ad-hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
Execute effective process administration and follow up and day to day operations
Work with employees on Employee Performance Management System, Training
Should for handling External Audit.
Should have sound knowledge in ERP

The Koneru Lakshmaiah Charities was established as a trust in the year 1980 with its official address at Museum road, Governorpet, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh 520 002 and started KL College of Engineering in the Academic year 1980-81.
KL Deemed to be university was established in 1980-81, as KL College of Engineering, which was upgraded to KL College of Engineering Autonomous in 2006 by UGC, and was declared as a Deemed to be University in 2009 by UGC, MHRD Govt.of India. In 2012 as a Deemed to be University the institution was accredited by NAAC with A Grade and later in 2018, was re-accredited by NAAC with A++ grade. In 2019 UGC, MHRD declared this intuition as Category I Institution.
