Requirements
6 + Months of experience in full life cycle recruiting.
Ability to implement targeted souring initiatives and generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
Ability to follow direction while also maintaining independence and meet deadlines
Results-oriented mind-set (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.)
Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities
Handling End to End Recruitment life cycle.
Identify the source from job portals, internal references.
Sourcing, Screening & Scheduling the candidates to specific job requirement.
Posting job openings as required in designated and appropriate avenues.
Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Screening candidates according to job requirements.
Conducting initial telephonic interviews and providing key inspiring facts about the organization.
Short listing and scheduling of interviews for qualified candidates.
Follow up with the candidates till on board.
Preparing source documentation needed for new hires, or effective changes in pay, status, or benefits.
Ensure that all open positions are closed as per the decided time.
Building relationships with candidates to ensure effective generation of expertise, knowledge and information regarding networking and referral.
