Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment for entry level to lateral level hiring.
Managing end to end recruitment cycle such as sourcing, screening resumes, short listing, arranging interviews, etc.
Short listing candidates sourced through job portal (Indeed, Internshala, Linked-In ) and validating them on their experience.
Verifying the candidate profile and documentation.
Focusing on daily Line ups, selects, pending and joiners.
Maintaining daily and monthly updates.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Basic English, Hindi, Marathi required.
2 Year recruitment experienced required in (Management & IT).
Fulltime graduation is mandatory.
Ok to work for 6 days working.
Candidate should have Good English Communication.
Good excel knowledge required for keeping good track of data record.

Vighnharta Multi-State Co-Op. Credit Soc. Ltd., Mumbai is a Multi-State Co-Operative Society registered under Multi State Co-Operative Society Act 2002, having its registration number : M.S.C.S./C.R./553/2012.
The primary objective of the society is to uplift the social and financial status of its members by promoting/educating saving habits amongst them. The saving products can be in the shape of Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, Monthly Income Schemes and some other investment plans. The society has its registered office in Mumbai. The area of operation of the society is limited to the areas of Maharashtra, Karnataka and Goa.
The main motto of the society is to promote the interest of its members to attain their social and economic betterment through self-help and mutual aid in accordance with co-operative principles. The society is also committed to promote the economic interests and general welfare of the member in particular and public in general to offer them the opportunities to achieve best possible life standard and the overall development by assisting them in number of ways.
