Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
Source, screen, and recruit potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
Job Posting and Advertising:
Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Candidate Management:
Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Foster long-term relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Prepare and present recruitment reports as needed.
Onboarding:
Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Compliance:
Stay informed about relevant labor laws and ensure recruitment processes comply with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Taloja MIDC and the ability to commute to the location.
Working Conditions:
The position requires commuting to Taloja MIDC.
Six days a week work schedule with office hours from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
Weekly off on Sunday.
