Sourcing/ screening profiles according to the job specifications given.
Contacting applicants, shortlisting cvs, scheduling interviews.
Should have knowledge and experience working on different job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
Good verbal & written communication skills in English
Co-ordinating with the candidates from first contact, till the interviews and further till on-boarding/ joining.
Conducting onboarding and joining formalities.
Should be comfortable contacting candidates regarding the open positions.
Maintaining and updating database of the candidates.
