• Coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Assisting to HR manager in preparing job description for every position.
• Working/sourcing on Job portals, Intranet page, careers page to increase the traffic, engaging through various social media like Facebook, LinkedIn
• Managing hiring for Technical and Non Technical requirements.
• Organizing recruitment process and drive Hiring Accuracy to mange a better quality of hire.
• Screening resumes
• Creating resume database of recruitment
• Performing in - person and phone interviews with candidates
• Assisting HR Manager in reference and background checks
• Coordinating interviews with the HR Managers and hiring managers
• Following up and update on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieve
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Staying current on the company's organization structure, HR policy
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Facilitate the hiring, on-boarding
