We're urgently hiring for Sr. Recruiter at DATAMARK, Mumbai !
Position Overview:
A key member of the organization’s Talent Acquisition Team, the Sr. Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent for all departments and level-specific Operations positions. The Sr. Recruiter also passively sources candidates for unique or niche roles by actively participating in industry networking groups.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Develops strong consultative relationships with the Senior Management Team and hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process. Meets with Directors and Senior Management regularly to assess future staffing needs and to provide market data and insights
· Manages all external staffing vendor relationships
· Develops and maintains recruiting networks and relationships with various industry groups, colleges, career centers and talent pipelines
· Continually works on improving the sourcing strategy and execution to identify top talent
· Ensures all Staff hiring activities stay within guidelines, policies, and budget
· Provides weekly communication to the Senior Management Team on job requisition status including all vacancies and candidate pipelines
· Conducts local market research and stays updated on recruiting trends to ensure sourcing strategy is successful
· Serves as back-up to the Talent Acquisition Manager
· Participates and occasionally leads functional Talent Acquisition projects and assists with other duties as required
· May supervise the work of one or more Recruiters.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS-
MINIMUM 6+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE INTO RECRUITMENT.
CANIDIDATES NEARBY THANE LOCATION PREFERRED.
BPO HIRING EXPERIENCE MANDATORY.
