JOB DETAILS
1) Coordinating with managers for required positions.
2) Posting jobs as per requirements, going to the job fairs, finding ways to hire the candidates.
3) Screening candidate's resumes and shortlisting them.
4) Taking a telephonic round of interviews. Scheduling the First round of interviews.
5) Introducing company profiles to the candidates.
6) Coordinating with Institutes & different consultants for the candidates/ Follow up with them.
7) Maintaining daily recruitment data.
