JOB DETAILS
1) Coordinating with managers for required positions.
2) Posting jobs as per requirements, going to job fair, finding ways to hire the candidates.
3) Screening candidate's resume and shortlisting them.
4) Taking telephonic round of interviews. Scheduling First round of interviews.
5) Introducing company profile to the candidates.
6) Coordinating with Institutes & different consultant for the candidates/ Follow up with them.
7) Maintaining daily recruitment data.
8) Maintaining Schedule interviews data and Handover to reporting manager for first round of interview.
9) Making JD for every designation with the help of concern Manager.
