Note : Contract will be of 12 months, which may be extended as per business needs. Candidate should be willing to travel to Chakan.
Job Location: Chakan, Pune
Transport Services and Canteen Support is Provided
Work from Office timings: IST 07:30 am to IST 04:30 pm (Mon- Fri), one day WFH per week
Key Responsibilities -
Be a crucial part of the onboarding process and help in identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience for entire APAC region.
Be the onboarding POC for APAC Recruiters and supporting complete onboarding lifecycle.
Support gathering data required to create new hire record and update recruitment applications (Workspace) as required to prepare record for submission to HR Master Data and Payroll.
Ensure day one paperwork and documentation required for creation of personnel files is collected and forwarded to group responsible for document management.
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, confirmation letters and new hire guides.
Support the Recruiters in conducting background checks, interview scheduling, logistic arrangements etc.
Requirements-
A Full Time Graduation degree. MBA is highly preferred.
4-8 years of relevant experience (recruitment administration, onboarding activities & handling documentation and records) with proven success in delivering results in a dynamic, demanding fast-growing environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines.
Ability to build deep domain expertise, understanding of business strategy and drive innovation.
Written and oral interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, emails and in formal discussions.
